First Bay Architecture, a firm of unique style and character, was established in 1995, and now has offices in Berkeley and The Sea Ranch, California. First Bay Architecture offers complete architectural services. We create aesthetic yet functional spaces always executed and delivered with an emphasis on superior service.

Principal Caitlin Lempres Brostrom, along with her staff, strives to meet the needs and desires of each client by encouraging the client's close involvement throughout all phases of a project. Caitlin's goal is to take your dreams and make them into a beautiful and practical reality.

First Bay Architecture specializes in residential design. Our residential clients are private individuals and families with projects ranging from small garden structures and single room remodels to large scale historic renovation and custom home construction.
