This project involved a complete renovation, stripping the existing structure down to the studs. The rebuilt design reimagined and streamlined previously convoluted interior spaces, creating a more cohesive and functional layout. Expansive, custom-built windows and doors were introduced to frame views of the surrounding vineyards and enhance the connection to the wraparound porch. Newly added dormers invite additional daylight into the home and provide vistas of the distant rolling hills.

The house was designed and constructed to fully comply with Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) fire code requirements.
